Many ingredients, blended together as one

Since our founding as Coalescence in 2005, New Horizons Food Solutions has been intentional about building something bigger than a manufacturing operation. We set out to create a place where people from all backgrounds could contribute, grow, and belong.

The name Coalescence means “to grow together into one,” and that idea still defines us. It shows up in how we develop products, how we solve problems, and how we treat one another.

Our success has always come from bringing different perspectives to the table and trusting that when blended thoughtfully, they create something stronger. We are proud of the team that surrounds us—and deeply grateful for the trust of the partners who have grown alongside us.

Our growth has never been about expansion alone—it has been about stewardship. As demand increased, we added capabilities, invested in specialized packaging, and strengthened our operational depth to better serve the partners who rely on us.

In 2021, Coalescence joined the New Horizons Baking family. This moment marked more than an acquisition. It united shared values, expanded opportunity, and strengthened a family legacy committed to excellence in food manufacturing.
